FOUND: BLACK BRIEFCASE

I found a black, hard-shell, briefcase with two combination locks while walking at the lake yard in Defuniak Springs yesterday. I noticed it but didn't give any thought until I came back by a few hours later n it was still there. If anyone knows who this belongs to, please reply to this post. Must know correct combination to claim.
