Join our Marine Service Crew! Manke Enterprises, Inc. is hiring both part-time (3-4 full days per week) and full-time (Monday - Saturday). Full-time positions require seasonal overtime hours (Spring and Fall) and four ten-hour days per week in the off season. This position is offered with a 3-month probationary period. Should you prove invaluable to our team, you will be eligible for year-round employment with benefits available for full-time employees. JOB DESCRIPTION You will report to our office in Lodi, Wisconsin each morning at 5:30a.m SHARP. Start time is non-negotiable. Between March - June full-time work requires 5-6 days per week generally ending between 5:30 - 6:30 p.m. (over-time pay included). In the off- season the work schedule is 4 - 10 hr. days with regular hours of 5:30a.m. - 3:30 p.m. You will be working on or near the water in a fast paced outdoor environment. You will be outside working in all kinds of weather including sunshine, wind, rain, and snow. The job duties include installation of docks, boat lifts, and boat house equipment. This is a highly physical job lifting 75+ lbs. on a regular basis. Endurance and a positive attitude are required to succeed. Although a working knowledge of the marine industry and a mechanical background are helpful, they are not required. WE WILL TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATES.
