Established Dog Walking company is looking for a creative and kind individual to help us exercise the dog community of the Half Moon Bay Coastside. Experience with dog walking is not required, however experience being around dogs and cats is definitely a plus! We provide hands on training (socially distanced with masks) until you feel comfortable venturing out on your own. Must present proof of recent negative COVID test to begin training, we will do the same. *Please be advised this is a very physical job that requires a lot of walking, and will be supplemental income* We are looking for someone to work a limited amount of days/hours Monday through Friday within the timeframe of 8:30-3. We work with school and kids' schedules, so if you have an interest but don't quite meet the timeframes, send us your availability anyway and we can see if we can work something out. Please note that to start you will be working 1-3 days per week only a couple hours per day. More hours will open up as time goes on! To apply for this position, you must meet the following criteria: *You must be 21 years or older *Must have a valid California Drivers License- this is a driving position *Must have a lot of driving experience with a driving record that shows safe driving. *Must be comfortable with dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments *Not be afraid of getting wet or dirty *Be punctual to all appointments and be able to stay on schedule *Be able to perform well with minimal supervision once training is completed *You must be able to pass a background check, with a clean driving record *You must be punctual, reliable and willing to work in most weather conditions including heat, fog, rain *Must be able to behave and communicate in a professional manner with Clients *You must have a smart phone that is able to send and receive group text messages and emails. *Be willing to work weekends and holidays on occasion Please send your availability in your cover letter :)
