Property Management Company looking to hire for a Maintenance Technician/Handyman to work handling residential repairs and maintenance in the Tri Valley Job Details: - Work on single family homes, home owners association properties and 4 commercial buildings - Perform manual maintenance and routine servicing - Build and mend fences - Repair cabinets - Install appliances - Hauling items to the dumps - Linoleum flooring - Keep the job site clean - Minor plumbing and electrical - Exhibit professional appearance and conduct while providing customer service to residents - Cover driving area of Dublin, Livermore, Pleasanton and San Ramon Must Have: - 2+ years of previous experience as a Maintenance Technician/Handyman - Experience with rough carpentry interior and exterior - Basic experience in troubleshooting and appliance repair - Confidence using power tools - Valid State driver’s license and reliable vehicle - Able to answer emergency weekend calls on rare occasion Job Details: - Pay Rate: $22/hour to $25/hour - Work Week: M to F - Hours: 8am to 5pm - Long term opportunity - Company vehicle options
