SF New Deal is seeking an On-site Customer Service Associate (CSA) to support meal voucher distribution for the Feed + Fuel program. Feed + Fuel operates in partnership with the Chinatown Community Development Center (CCDC) and with support from the City of San Francisco’s Human Services Agency. The collective effort supports restaurants in Chinatown and provides meals for thousands of Chinatown residents. The program ensures that the iconic and beloved Chinatown neighborhood is positioned for a swift recovery from the prolonged crises caused by COVID-19 and xenophobia. The CSA will be on-site in Chinatown to assist with registering clients, monitoring lines and answering program questions at weekly voucher pickups. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required Both Cantonese and English fluency is a STRONG requirement, Chinese literacy is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate will also have 1+ year of customer service experience Proficiency in Airtable, Notion, Google Sheets, or similar software Experience with large events or crowd management Required availability and pay: Available for interview Mar 25 between 10am-12pm. Interviews will be conducted in both Cantonese and English. Required work availability: 12-5pm - April 2, April 16, April 30, May 14, May 28 (tentative) Pay is $20/hr on a contract basis, paid by check immediately after each shift
