Description
-Lawn maintenance (Most of the Week). But the following jobs need to be done whenever needed.
-Minor plumbing (install / replace faucet, toilet, disposal, water heater). In case of necessary / emergency, May need to work after hours so Extra time paid.
-Install vanity, medicine cabinet, light fixtures, smoke/carbon detectors, door handles, door hinges, door locks,
-Painting
-Dump runs
-Property inspections
-Replace caulking, silicone, and light bulbs
-Install blinds, towel bars, door handles, mail box locks and etc.
Saturday and some other week day of choice off.
Need to have small truck. Gas for miles used for job paid.
Need stable person with good references.
