What we do: grading, Paving, Earthwork, Underground Utilities, Septic and Mound systems, Pond Construction and Repair. CONSTRUCTION FOREMAN • Work closely with Project Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve company standards for worksite safety. • Provide electronic time sheets every evening for yourself and your crew. • Assessing job priorities and assigning employees to appropriate tasks. • Communicate with dispatch daily to secure material, labor and equipment needs. SKILLS & TRAITS • Maintain ethical standards of the highest level. • Professional demeanor, appearance and attitude. • Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. • Ability to progressively improve and streamline workflow. • Proficient at reading and executing plans, elevations and civil drawings. • Capable of setting up a laser and check two points to verify grade. • 1 to 3+ years in commercial construction.
