Paid Usability Test for COVID-19 Home Test

We are conducting a usability test on a mobile app that will guide individuals on performing a self rapid COVID-19 test in non-hospital environments. Think at home, at school or at large public events. Our goals is to ensure our test and mobile app is intuitive, easy to use and self explanatory. Eligible participants who complete the usability test will receive a $35 Amazon gift card. The total estimated time commitment is 45 minutes. What is a Usability Test? -------------------------------- Usability Test is the process through which a user interface and functionality of a product and mobile app are tested by real users who perform specific tasks in realistic conditions as possible. When developing new designs and ideas, it is helpful to get fresh eyes and a new perspective on what we have been working on. This is why we need your help. We would like spend 45 minutes showing you our product and mobile app prototype. We won't be testing you, rather we are trying to figure out if the designs and workflow make sense and if there are any improvements we can make. What to expect? --------------------- We would coordinate to meet in a public park in Marin (San Rafael, San Anselmo, Fairfax, Novato, etc...), keep socially distant and be masked. For the usability test, we will NOT be performing a REAL COVID-19 test and you will not need to perform an actual nasal swab. This is a prototype and you will not receive any test results. Finally, you will be able to use your own phone for the usability test.
