Hello! I am currently looking for a barn / horse facility that is available for lease or rent for 2 budding professionals. We are looking in the Sonoma county area - ideally we are looking in the Santa Rosa / Sebastopol area but are open to travelling a reasonable distance from either area! We are looking for a place with the capacity to house 8-12 horses, preferably with some turnout areas or space to build small turn outs. The facility will need access to an arena - covered arena and round pen are preferred, but definitely not essential. We are open to renting the space on a small, private property or rent a barn at an existing larger location. We are looking only to *rent* the space - so we would be responsible for purchasing all the feed, bedding, etc and responsible for all horse care (feeding, cleaning of paddocks/stalls, turn out, etc etc). We do have our own insurance. If you have something that you think may be a good fit, we would love to hear about it!
