Hi there! My name is Papa Smurf. I got my name from raising kittens in the neighborhood. My previous owner left me in their apartment courtyard when they moved. I have been living outside for 3 years and after many attempts to be taken to the vet, I have finally made it back inside. During the end of last year, I was abused by someone in the neighborhood. I am still a bit sensitive to new people, feet, and looking out windows, but I am very adventurous. I have a strong personality and can be vain. I love my face in a mirror. I will do best with other cats that are kitten age. My favorite toys are a toy lizard, a yarn ball, and crinkly trash. I know I am fabulous and act as such. I am probably 5 years old. I am a big cat, 15 lbs. I am very chatty. Overall, just wonderful! You might want to think about a safe space, preferably under a bed, that I can hide while I adjust to the new surroundings. I also just like playing there. I am fixed and up to date on my shots. There will be a fee ($50) but it negotiable to right home.
