Ducati Wreck in The Sunset Today, 3/21/21

Sunset near Pacheco, San Francisco CA

Description

My friend was in a motorcycle wreck at around noon today (3/21/21), and was very shaken by the situation. There was no parking near the site of the wreck, and in the moment, he was worried about his bike getting towed while he was at the hospital for injuries. A gentleman apparently saw him struggling and asked my friend if he needed any help with anything, and told him he lived very close to there. My friend then mentioned his concern about the bike and asked the guy if he could hold it while he was being seen at the ER. The man agreed and then offered to put his phone number into my friend’s phone, as his injuries were mostly in his hands, and he was unable to use them at the time. Fast forward to a few hours later, my friend goes to call the number that the guy said he put in his phone, only to find it that didn’t happen... I believe the guy DID think he put his number in the phone but for whatever awesome tech reason, it didn’t take. My friend feels like he is never going to see his bike again and is really upset, so I offered him to post this for him on his behalf. Were you in the neighborhood at the time and happened to see this go down? Do you know a person who offered to help a guy who had just been in a wreck in The Sunset, and now has a bike on his hands, trying to find the owner? Please help my reinstill a little bit of faith in humanity in my friend — reach out if you think you have any info at all! THANK YOU!!
