Looking for nonprofit partnership with property owners

I am looking for property owners who are interested, and in need of a nonprofit partnership for tax benefits and all around good doing 😊. For privacy purposes my description below will be “general” with an email response I’ll provide all information needed and will want to do (at minimum) virtual zoom calls to see your property and to discuss our potential business arrangement. What I am requesting : 1000 sq ft + space - commercial/warehouse Live/work preferred I have the ability to make renovations at my own expense with landlord approval. Org type: nonprofit 501 c 3 certified Long standing California nonprofit Who am I: I am a local professor who works in issues of violence prevention, healing work for survivors of violence and their families. I also host retreats for survivors and support groups. Credentials Ph.D. Certified Life coach NLP certified Certified anger management specialist 15 years of experience Business arrangement- rent is tax deductible for the landlord. 1-2 year agreement minimum Up to $30,000 in tax benefit annually Accountant certified tax strategy *I am looking for someone who has property that is vacant that they’d like to share with someone with an unwavering commitment to social justice. The sharing also includes the full tax benefit of rent from my nonprofit status.
