broken oven

Description

I am in a rut. Can someone please give me some advice? I got like a brand new $2000 oven and in less than 2 years it broke down. I didn't expect it would break down in such a short time so I didn't buy the extended warranty. What would the most cost effective way I can go? If the control panel is bad it would cost me $250 for parts alone. Does anyone have a good idea what I should do? I would like to own a old school oven where it doesn't have fancy control panel because the older models seem to not break down as easily. I am open to any good advice.
