Birchwood Snow and Landscape Contractors is seeking full-time employment for CDL Drivers and Commercial grass cutters and landscapers CDL Driver - Responsibilities: Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in landscaping. Loads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers Skilled use of various landscape equipment (skid steer, augers, excavators, wheel loader, etc) Drive variety of vehicles to transport equipment and supplies to and from job sites. Operating up to 300 ft. of blower hose to install mulch Will drive, maneuver, and operate a mulch blower or walking floor truck with a 45’ trailer to deliver and/or install materials such as mulch, compost, and soils with pneumatic blower hose to various properties. ***Please understand when responding to this post that CDL is a requirement, but that this is not solely a truck driving position. Most of the day will involve various labor tasks associated with installing mulch.*** Requirements: Valid CDL REQUIRED Excellent attendance and reliability Landscaping experience preferred Wage to be determined based upon experience, knowledge and skill level. $20 plus per hour Commercial grass cutters and landscapers - Responsibilities: Performs routine lawn maintenance including grass cutting, lawn edging, weed pulling, and other routine lawn-maintenance activities Uses lawn mower and related equipment Provides seasonal lawn care, such as spring and fall clean-up Moves materials and equipment and performs related duties to assist in landscaping. Loads equipment and materials on and off trucks and trailers Requirements: Valid Driver’s License Excellent attendance and reliability Landscaping/Grass cutting experience preferred Wage to be determined based upon experience, knowledge and skill level.
