MPI Property Management LLC is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the full time opening for our Maintenance Technician position. Desired Skills and/or qualifications as follows: **Clean driving record with valid driver's license a must** Plumbing Experience Carpentry & Repair Drywall repair & painting skills Basic electrical skills HVAC or roofing experience a plus Ability to act and operate independently Ability to work cooperatively/ collaboratively with coworkers, tenants/ prospective tenants, and property owners MPI Property Management LLC is also looking for individuals to cut grass, shovel/ salt, and remove belongings from vacant buildings.
