Monarch Investment and Management group is looking for an experienced, hands on maintenance supervisor to lead our team at the Valley Park Apartments in Sioux City, IA. Great compensation and benefits: - Up to $25/hrs - Monthly & Quarterly Bonuses - Tuition reimbursement program - Tool reimbursement program - Power tool replacement program - 2 Weeks Paid Time Off - Holiday Paid Time Off - Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance - Life and Disability Insurance - Housing Discounts Essential Job Duties and/or oversight Responsibilities: -Ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner based on priority -Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants -Working hand in hand with the Property Manager on a monthly budget review -Manage and adapt a preventative maintenance program -Exterior structural maintenance as needed -Managing coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone every other week. Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: -4+ years’ experience in maintenance -2+ years in multi-family housing preferred -Dry walling including painting and carpentry -Working knowledge of plumbing including sweating copper pipe -Working knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures A physical demonstration of your ability to complete the basic job duties will be required during the interview process.
