I offer healthy grocery shopping for you and will meal prep- good tasting, healthy, low carbohydrate, high protein meals for you, to accommodate your weight loss and healthy lifestyle. If you find yourself wanting to avoid the grocer due to Covid, or just have little time to grocery shop, I will do this for you and prepare 5-7 days worth of healthy meals for you.
I'm a former professional fitness competitor of 10 years and personal trainer. DIET is 80% of our results when attempting to get in shape. Workouts are important. However, more important IS OUR DIET.
I'm currently taking new clients who are interested in both weight loss and a new healthy lifestyle and relationship with clean eating. Calories, Carbohydrates, Sugar, Protein and Fat grams can get confusing. I can help you with this and take the guess work out, prepping your food FOR YOU.
