Crown Automotive Group is hiring a General Maintenance person to maintain its dealership locations and equipment. Job Functions / Unique Duties / Responsibilities: Maintains routine monthly items i.e. pest control and ac filters. Performs minor plumbing repairs. Replaces light bulbs. Follows up on security issues. Delivers messages. Drives company vehicle to transport small equipment or tools between departments. Attends department meetings as requested. Reports any safety issues immediately to management. Complies with all policies as described in the Crown Employee Handbook. Other duties may be assigned, based on company's needs. Examples of miscellaneous small repair jobs include: Loose handrail, clogged sink, broken hinge on office doors, light painting when needed, deciding which repairs need to have a professional come in. Jobs will vary depending upon need.Requirements Special Skills and Abilities and/or: Minimum of one year of office/company maintenance experience is preferred Ability to complete paperwork. Ability to climb ladders. Exceptional teamwork skills. Maintains a professional appearance and demeanor at all times. Commitment to company values.
