Description
We need our 3-foot cement rubble and brick wall CAREFULLY removed and recycled. Other than the brick staircase, all the pieces are loose and not fused together with any mortar, cement, etc.
We have a SMALL budget.
The cheapest option we have found so far is using the Dirt Exchange, but we are looking for something less expensive.
We believe we have about 6-7 yards of material. Dirt Exchange charges about $110 to drop off a 5-yard dumpster and about $55-$65 per yard, depending on the size chunks of material.
Can you please share the TOTAL cost for: removal, recycling and disposal. It would be ideal if you or someone you know could re-use the cement rubble, to save it from the landfill, and save on cost.
If you have a mini excavator, there is a small possibility we might also need help with digging footing excavation trenches for the two walls and small stairway, at a total of approximately 62 feet long by 36 inches wide by 20 inches deep
Very approximate dimensions:
Cement Rubble: 46 feet long by 1.5 feet wide by 3 feet high
Brick: 16 feet long by 1.5 feet wide by 3 feet high
Brick Staircase (fused with mortar): 3 feet long by 3 feet wide by 3 feet high
We don't want to damage the property or destabilize the earth too much, above the current wall.
Please mention:
1) Total cost for removal, recycling and disposal.
2) What kind of truck/dumptruck/dumpster/excavator/labor you will use. How many people on site?
2a). OPTIONAL: If you have an excavator, what would be the additional time and cost to dig a level footing excavation trench that is about:
62 feet long, 3 feet wide and 20 inches deep total, for the two walls?
3) What kind of access you need.
4) How long, approximately, removal will take.
5) If you have references.
6) You availability over the next 4-10 days, or so.
7) If you're comfortable, please share your cell phone number, so I can reach you quickly.
