Summary Are you looking for something EXTREMELY flexible? Do you want to earn extra cash on the side? Do you have 1-2 hours per week to get paid for listening to podcasts or music in your car so that you can drive to a property and take photos? No real estate or photography experience required. We are a local real estate company that buys houses. We are looking for someone (maybe you) to drive to our properties, take photos of the interior and exterior. That’s it. It’s as simple as that. Once at the property, it will take you less than 30 minutes. Because we buy so many properties throughout Washington State, we can’t drive to every one of them and take photos ourselves. This is where you come in. Requirement Flexible schedule Must have a car to drive Cellphone with the ability to take photos Take 100 photos per property in with good lighting and stable image Tech-savvy enough to use your phone and upload photos to Google Photos Willing to drive to properties listening to your favorite music or podcast and have a good time Positive and upbeat attitude. Your attitude is your aptitude Ability to follow video and written English instructions Pay You are considered an independent contractor $100 per hour. Yup. You heard me right. Not kidding. The pay will cover your mileage and time spent at the property. Each property will not take more than 30 minutes. Time on each property will not exceed 1 hour. It’s an awesome gig!
