Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assembling Sanding and preparing parts for finish Staining / Finishing Application Keeping shop clean & organized Requirements: Positive attitude Strong work ethics Ability to lift 40 lbs Reliable transportation Good Communication Skills Willingness to learn and exceed Preferred Criteria: Previous experience in physically demanding environment Previous experience working with wood; willing to train the right person for the job. Pay will be based on performance and skill level. Beginners, with no experience, start off with $16/hr. Beginning pay will be determined upon interview, testing, and performance results.
