We are looking FORKLIFT DRIVERS / DOCK WORKERS -located in Turlock PLEASE REPLY WITH RESUME *** MUST BE ABLE TO WORK IN AN EXTREMELY COLD ENVIRONMENT *** Environment is typically 34 degrees and freezers are below zero degrees! Must be flexible to work overtime and varied hours, including weekends, as needed! Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs o Load and unload freight using equipment in an efficient and safe manner o Move product to storage areas with proper equipment. o Efficiently stack and store the merchandise in the appropriate area o Check or count freight for accuracy and/or damage o Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse o Conduct operations in a manner, which promotes safety o Participate in physical inventories, as needed o Perform labeling, sorting, wrapping, packing, and repacking as needed o Operate equipment safely and efficiently (equipment to include, but not limited to stand up forklifts, stand up straddle trucks, walk behinds, pallet jacks, double pallet jacks and radio frequency equipment, yard trucks) o Report all safety malfunctions on equipment o Comply with OSHA standards o Must be able to meet production standards o Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work environment o Follow attendance policy, show up for work on time and ready to work assigned shift o Charge or change forklift battery, as needed o Perform other duties as assigned, may be required to perform duties outside of their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed Pay is $17.50/hr. +.50 cent differential M-F, 6pm to 4am, S-Su, 4pm to 4am. + an additional.50 cent differential for anytime on Saturday or Sunday. Hours: 7pm-4am – 3 weekdays 4pm – 1am - Saturday 12pm – 9pm - Sunday Must have steel toe boots. Must be flexible to work overtime and varied hours as needed, INCLUDING WEEKENDS. Must be available during the day for training.
