Description
Duties - keeping clubhouse, bathrooms, laundry room, and property clean. Weed spraying, pool and light duty repairs required, knowledge of hand tools, some training offered.
Helping remolding of homes should that arise, separate pay plus reg hourly pay.
Golf Cart supplied for property transportation.
On call every other weekend, $100.00 weekend pay even if you do not work. $100 plus hourly pay if you have to work which seldom happens.
NO drugs or alcohol - you could be tested from time to time.
Proof of current drivers license & insured.
40 hours Mon - Fri 8am to 5pm.
$14.00 hourly to start - Some maintenance experience required. If you do not like to clean or keep property clean and be outside DO NOT APPLY. If you are looking for an office job this is not for you.
You must be able to work without supervision and be trusted and have a good work history.
Bilingual a must Spanish and English
