Found a cell phone in trash bag. Thought it was abandoned and broken. Charged it up and found it had password. Tried to put a notice here but forgot to submit it.
Today I am reposting.
Together with the cellphone is a receipt that shows the last 4 digits of debit card.
If it is yours please contact with description.
Also please call this phone. Though I cannot open it, I should be able to see a short display of caller number so that I can call back.
