Come work with an award-winning maintenance team for an award winning property management company in the Royersford area. Your duties will include, servicing vacant apartments for future residents, completing service requests in vacant & occupied homes, completing capital and non-routine projects, being part of an on call rotation for emergencies and snow removal. At least one-year experience in HVAC & be EPA certified, plumbing, electrical, appliance repairs, carpentry, drywall repair & painting. Excellent compensation and benefits for the right person.
