Seeking handyman who can work independently, licensed and insured preferred, pretty steady workload 10-20 hours per week in ABE -repair flooring -painting -install new door locks -light plumbing -material runs -organize equipment and keys -install new doors -light electric -enjoys technology, learning apps, smart technology -interested in growing skills and working on larger renovation projects -property showings, taking pics and vids -ongoing repair work MUST ACCEPT PAYPAL AS A BUSINESS.
