Description: Leading provider in outdoor structure building is looking for a construction lead with experience in construction and finish construction to install custom-built structures such as sheds, tiny homes and pergolas in residential backyards. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity, that offers room for growth and advancement. Pay Rate: $25-35+ Depending on Experience Duties: • Arrive on site with all the components of the structure you will install. • Performing inspections to ensure quality. • Ability to lift heavy items repetitively throughout the day. • Roofing, Framing, and carpentry. • Lead a construction team of 3. Schedule: • Monday to Friday, 7 AM • Averaging 55 hours per week. Requirements: • Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in construction or landscaping. • Willing to work in all climates. • Willing to work extended hours and occasionally on weekends.
