Wanted: handyman or team with light plumbing and electrical prefer insured, will consider other $25-$35/hour, flat fee ongoing work as needed currently: Project House 1: (Available asap) Matthews (1) 2 fans removed and then off premises (they work, just dated) and 2 new installed (we pay $25 per fan removal/installation) (2) replace light bulbs burned out, including in high foyer light (must have high ladder) measure and then install blinds when they come in (we pay $12 per blind installation) (3) trash in garage needs to be removed from premises. Will take up the back of a truck bed. (4) back splash demo and new tile installation (5) 30" vanity removal and install of new including new hardware. (6) respray of large foyer wall with unique trim design (this is a maybe) needs to be done asap for photographer Project House 2: (a wee or more out) Charlotte wood floor installation kitchen install bathroom install drywall exterior paint interior paint insulation install blinds install fence install Project.
