Description
PLEASE READ ENTIRE AD BEFORE CONTACTING ME. I have a beautiful and smart 1 year old female puppy that I must re-home. She is a rare breed called a Central Asian Shepherd or Alabai. Originating in Kyrgyzstan, This is an ancient guardian breed that developed due to natural selection and not by human intervention. Due to this they are very healthy and despite being a giant breed, they live to be 15-17 years old. Majestic and large, these dogs will guard your livestock, house and children. I recommend you do as much research as you can before contacting me about adopting. These dogs are not for everyone and you must have a LARGE fenced property as well as time and experience to continue training her. She has already started training and is extremely smart. Quick learner and will excel with further guidance. This is not a cheap breed, but since they are such a healthy breed, you will save money on vet bills. They do not require much grooming, just a brushing every so often. She is allergic to all types of kibble and eats a special diet. It's not complicated or expensive, and I will include the book all about it with adoption. She weighs 125lbs and is expected to be around 150+ when fully grown. She is used to baths, she's crate trained and will go in on command, potty trained, doesn't jump on people, doesn't get on the furniture unless asked, she waits for her food and to go out the door, she knows sit, come, wait, lay down, etc. She likes being inside and outside. She goes to the back door and paws at the door when she needs to go potty, she also knows her toys and is good about chewing them. Her ears and tail are cropped. She's been around children, cats and other dogs. She's been socialized as well as this time has allowed, but socialization will need to be continued. She is unaltered and has not had her first heat yet and should not be spayed until she's 2 1/2 years or older. If this ad is up, she has not been adopted yet. Please contact me ONLY if you have read this entire ad and are very serious and devoted to train an amazing, but time consuming, dog like this. Email me and tell me why you think you'd be a good fit for her. Adoption fee will be discussed and she will come with XXL crate, toys, harness, water bucket and miscellaneous items. She is NOT free. Serious inquiries only please.
