I have 4 Vacation Rental Cabins at one location and we are adding more cabins. We have been open since 2019 and I have been cleaning all the cabins myself. I am looking for someone to help me with the cleaning as I have some health issues and if I had some help it would make things much easier for me and quicker! We have consistent 5 Star Reviews and I am OCD with the cleaning lol! This is why we are so busy! The Job: - I guess we can say it’s part-time as you could be working from 2-4hrs a day everyday. - Cleaning is available when I have 2 or more cleanings a day to complete. - MUST be available everyday including weekends between 11am-3pm possibly 4pm the latest but rare. - Contract Labor and paid weekly on Sunday. - Pay would be $17 a cabin for the first week to see if we gel together. After the initial week it would be $20 a cabin/hr. A cabin takes about one hour to clean with two of us and there could be between 2-4 cabins a day to clean. - I know the weekly schedule in advance but it can change as we have cancellations and re-bookings at the last minute. - It can vary each week how busy we can be. Qualifications: - MUST be able to pass a Criminal Background Check. - This is a physically demanding position as you will be cleaning the entire time you are here. Performing heavy cleaning, bending, twisting, kneeling, cleaning floors, surfaces, sweeping, dusting, vacuuming, making beds etc... - You must have reliable transportation and live no longer than 30mins from Weaverville. - Must be available Monday through Sunday From 11am-3pm (some possible days 10am-4pm but rare). - Be able to legally work in the USA - Be able to follow direction as I will be teaching you the way that I want and expect the Cleaning to be done. - Detailed oriented is a must! We double and triple check everything is spotless! We don’t skip any cleaning steps. - Ability to manage time effectively as we have daily check-ins at 4pm so the cabins have to be cleaned and ready for guests before 4pm - No exceptions. - Non-Smokers - Punctual and trustworthy For the first several cleanings you will probably be following me around so I can show you what to do and you will be stripping and making beds, replenish toiletries etc.... So, if you are available daytimes between 11-3pm then this is perfect for you! And we don’t always have cleanings on Saturday’s.... Example week this week would have been; Work- Wednesday 2 cabins Thursday 2 cabins Friday 3 cabins Sunday 4 cabins But every week is different and we have a lot of check-ins on Sundays usually.
