I have a couple procjects now: toilet valve stuck, fill-valve seal clean or replace install 3 light fixtures fence mending painting two bathrooms this spring and summer many projects ongoing and possible PT house-monitor/emergency contact when I'm away (it's a vacation rental) on business. Must have: Reliable Wheels Complete Tools Valid Driver License I can photocopy (you may be alone in my properties and I need to know who you are...)
