We are an organically minded family farm, specializing in growing microgreens and field crops for area Tailgate Markets, restaurants, and wholesale. Job responsibilities include assisting with indoor microgreens operation as well as general farm labor, such as planting, harvesting, weeding, cleaning, packing, watering, etc.. We would also like occasional help at Saturday morning Asheville Tailgate Markets, and Tuesday West Asheville Tailgate Market. A strong work ethic, punctuality, attention to detail, and exceptional quality is very important. 18 hours per week Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with a possibility of more hours if desired.
