Seeking part time helper $20+ph

Hi, I own and operate a small concrete company based out of Fort Collins and am in need of a part time laborer. I usually work between 3-5 days a week in the winter and 5-6 days in the summer. I'm looking for someone who: *has prior experience doing labor work (experience in concrete is a plus) *has their own reliable transportation (not your girlfriend dripping you off at the job) *is able to perform hard labor like pushing wheelbarrows of concrete for extended periods time *has a flexible schedule and can show up any day needed during the week *does not smoke cigarettes *does not do any drugs (420 is fine but not on the job) If you meet all of this I'd love to talk to you about joining my team,I'm very laid back and easy to work with. For someone who meets all my criteria I'm willing to pay $20 per hour with a $100 a day minimum (even if we only work a couple hours) plus bonuses at the end of some jobs or after hard days and around holidays. This job also has huge growth potential as I am looking for someone who I can eventually train to run a crew of guys for me. Start as soon as this week.
