Do not give this guy money. He panhandlers at the Madison & Manzanita intersection. He buys drugs & then gets very violent. He has attempted to assault someone after they refused to “loan” him $20. Giving him money is NOT HELPING HIM but enabling his drug problem. If you feel sorry for him, but him a burger, get him food. BUT PLEASE DON’T GIVE HIM MONEY!
