Mendo! I am currently looking for a like-minded individual to share the crazy cost of living with in the Ukiah Valley area. I am recently divorced and as I look for a new home, I am finding it hella hard to justify the cost of rent in Mendocino. However, when looking at slightly bigger homes, it seems a little more reasonable, i.e. more bang for your buck. I work full-time and have excellent, verifiable income and credit. I am as laid back as Mendocino County. When I’m not at work, I enjoy being outdoors or reading. I desire a peaceful, clean home and a respectful roommate to share it with!
