Appliance Recycling - Warehouse Lead

Ecopliance has an immediate opening for a qualified Warehouse Lead at our Denver appliance recycling and refurbishing warehouse. Job responsibilities includes but are not limited to: • Supervise warehouse work force (4-6 employees) • Work with management on scheduling inbound and outbound activity (appliances) • Maximize value of product received in trailers (learn to grade appliances) • Maximize scrap value through parts and non-ferrous metal harvesting process • Maintained defined inventory levels of appliances to be built • Vehicle Maintenance (Vehicle Inspection Reports) • Freon evacuation process (should work towards EPA 608 certification) • Serve as back up Box Driver for scrap loads and scheduled pick ups • Complete automated jobs on telephone to include piece counts, time, pictures, etc. Job Requirements: Must Be at least 25 years of age or older Must be drug free and willing to take a drug test at hire and randomly as requested No felonies or drug related charges (pass a federal background check). No DUI's Clean Motor Vehicle Record 5 years+ experience driving Ability to use GPS and automated cell phone routing tools Attention to detail with required operational paperwork Good Customer Service Skills Energetic, self-motivated, good work ethic Good knowledge of the Denver Metro Area Handle / Dolly heavy appliances (100-300) pounds Work in outdoor and indoor elements Our compensation and benefit program includes: Starting pay $20 - $22 per hour based on experience 40+ hours weekly.
