Full Job Description Job Description Assembly Student Living is a student apartment community located in Denver and is seeking a Maintenance Technician II. Duties include (but are not limited to): Basic building maintenance Apartment and unit work orders Painting Drywall Repairs Carpet Cleaning and stripping and waxing floors Basic plumbing, door repair electrical, grounds sprinkler repair Qualifications: Basic mechanical experience required Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Paid time off Schedule: Monday to Friday Experience: basic maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
