Any related experience is helpful, but you will get thorough training from our Certified Supervisors. You will join a dedicated team that takes pride in their work and are committed to customer satisfaction! What we need from you: Good written and verbal communication skills Enthusiasm for working outdoors and in various weather conditions Ability to operate machinery Ability to meet production goals Ability to lift in excess of 50 pounds repeatedly Ability to mix and apply pesticides according to label specs A valid driver's license 21 years old or older Available full-time, Mon-Fri and an occasional Sat Available to work early morning hours as needed Available to work over-time and long hours as needed Integrity, good work ethic and work history What you will be doing: Tree Technician Spray and fertilize trees and shrubs to residential and commercial properties Diagnose and treat common tree and shrub problems Work on a pruning crew as needed Provide exceptional customer service Operate and maintain equipment and vehicles Work independently on your own route Work well on a crew of several employees These are full-time positions with potential for bonuses and commissions.
