This session will introduce the skill of mindfulness to increase self-awareness and improve self-care.
Mindfulness is a skill that can be learned and practiced to increase awareness of emotions, sensations, experiences that are occurring in the present moment and increase self-awareness, assist with emotional regulation, improve relationships, and enhance overall health and wellness.
This 2- hours in-person program is open to the UNH community. It is an opportunity to learn and practice mindfulness. Registration is limited. This retreat is only open to UNH students, faculty and staff. This program will be set up in accordance with the UNH COVID safety guidelines.
