I am seeking an honest and mature person having an entrepreneurial spirit with whom to form a partnership in the Power Washing business. Experience in this line of work is a plus but NOT required. You will need a half-ton pickup truck. You need not live right in Murfreesboro - in nearby surrounding area is fine. Some light trimming of trees and shrubs (nothing too substantial) may accompany some power washing jobs or be done as a stand-alone project. I take care of the website with order booking system, equipment, marketing materials, and vehicle signs. You schedule the jobs to meet your calendar, serve the customers, and collect the fees for a 50/50 split - a larger cut to you for additional customers you bring in. It sounds like a "loose" arrangement because it is that, with room to evolve as we begin to make a splash (pun intended!). This is a fairly new service to this area, with little competition as yet and a ton of potential customers, making it a good time to get established with loyal clients before competitors jump in.
