Seeking temp housing/room

Temp room/housing wanted $ 450.+, remodel/repair skills. (Central Denver preferred) Older laid back quiet gentleman looking for a small space/private (semi) furnished room to live for a few months, in Central Denver. Yeah I know that might be on the low end for Denver, it is what it is. Can also do remodel and repair work, was a carpenter/contractor for like 35 years. So maybe we could barter something. Like I said I only need it for like a few months or so. For the covid wary like myself, I've been pretty much quarantining since May, and masks and social distancing when I have had to venture out, which was rarely, when one can have practically everything one needs delivered. I have now been vaccinated 2nd shot was 3/9. I still mask up and socially distance. I don't drink or smoke cigarettes, 420 tolerant, very clean and respectful of others and their spaces. Very easy going and gregarious, liberal with a good sense of humor. On the off hand you did want some remodel work done, I would need a little space in a garage or shed to keep tools, would also need access to vehicle to get materials. Any questions just ask.
