Domino's is in search of Delivery Drivers. For a limited time only at select stores (listed below) a sign on bonus up to $500 is available, subject to term and conditions. Driving positions pay $15.00 to $18.00+ an hour (Hourly Wage plus Tips, drivers tipped out nightly) ***Apply Online at: JOBS.DOMINOS.COM*** or call/visit these Fort Myers locations: (Please no calls after 5 pm please and all applications need to be done online): Store 5045 - 3112 Cleveland Ave 239-334-3800 Store 5119 - 8995 College Pkwy 239-433-4000 Terms and Conditions: All new hire driving team members will receive either a $350 bonus or a $500 bonus once employed with Team St. Pete for 90 days and subject to the following terms and conditions: - A new hire is defined as a person who has not been employed with Team St. Pete in the previous 180 days. - All prospective team members (TM) must apply via Jobs.dominos.com and pass a Motor Vehicle Report (driving history), a Criminal Background Check and meet insurance requirements (full coverage including bodily injury and valid insurance documents in TM name) - TM must be employed with Team St. Pete on 90th day of employment when bonus is paid out in order to receive bonus. - To qualify for $350 bonus TM must work on average 3 closing shifts (generally 4/5 PM to 1/2 AM) or 3 opening shifts (generally 9 AM to 6/7/8 PM) or some combination of both and 1 Rush shift for an average weekly total of 28 hours per week. Shifts will be determined by General Manager (GM) based on the needs of the store. - On April 9, 10, 11 and 12, 2021 (Thursday thru Sunday) TM MUST work from 4/5 PM to Close. No calls offs during these dates! - To qualify for the $500 bonus TM must work shifts required for the $350 bonus and work an additional 14 hours a week on shifts assigned by GM for average of 42 hours a week. - Employment must begin no later than Wednesday March 31, 2021. - All job performance during employment must meet Team St. Pete and Domino’s policies/standards. - At the discretion of Team St. Pete bonus may be pay out in the form of a Visa/Master Card gift card. - Team St. Pete management decisions regarding sign on bonus are FINAL. - Employment with Team St. Pete is AT WILL and may be terminated at anytime by either Team St. Pete or TM, with or without notice and with or without cause.
