What is required: A great attitude A willingness to learn about the storm restoration industry A willingness to learn how to generate sales and revenue A valid driver license with reliable transportation Who is Best Choice Roofing? We are one of the nation's largest residential roofing companies with a focus on storm restoration repair. We have strategically placed our branches in areas of the country that are prone to frequent storms, causing damage to properties every year. What does Best Choice Roofing do? We approach homeowners and explain to them that they have damage. Essentially, we get to truly help homeowners get something they need and then ask someone else (the insurance company) to pay for it! Why is Best Choice Roofing hiring? Due to all the recent storm activity and due to explosive growth in the company, we are in need of additional Storm Damage Experts to join and grow with the team. What is required of me? You will be required to talk to property owners about the damage they have sustained to their home or business. Once you have discussed the damage, you will need to set up a ladder to document the damage found. Once the inspection is completed, you will discuss the damage with the homeowner. At that point, the homeowner may choose to notify their insurance carrier who, in turn, will send out an adjuster. You will be required to meet with the adjuster to show him/her the damage your customer sustained due to recent storms. Once that has been completed, you let the customer choose their shingle color and our team handles the rest! Will there be training provided? Absolutely! We have a first-class training program that is a mix of classroom training and field training, We strive to provide you with all the information you will need to be confident and successful. What kind of money can I make? Great question! The answer to this is solely dependent upon you! We have many reps who make well over $70,000 a year; some of our reps make over $150,000 a year. With the average commission being around $1000-$1800, the real question is, how many customers can you help, all while asking someone else to pay for it?
