Fenton Oaks Manufactured Housing Community is a family owned 203-Unit Manufactured Housing Community in Fenton, MI. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Professional who will be one of two maintenance staff responsible for grounds and lawn maintenance, as well as rehabs and repairs to manufactured homes. The general duties that our Maintenance staff are responsible for are: - Basic maintenance and repairs to Community Owned homes (about 20). - Ground maintenance including mowing, snow plowing, salting, meter reading, and keeping up the common areas. - Home Rehabs and Repairs, which consists of occasionally demoing the interior of homes, drywalling, installing cabinets and flooring, replacing water meters, and more. We expect all employees to communicate well with our residents, work in a timely and orderly fashion, and be a generally responsible and diligent employee. Requirements: - Must have an up-to-date Drivers License. - High School Diploma or GED proffered, but not required. - Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, woodwork, and other specialized skills is a bonus. - Responsible enough to do their job without constant supervision. Compensation: $13-16 dollars/hour depending on experience and resume. We offer opt-ins to health insurance, dental coverage, life insurance, and other benefits.
