I have a little Tiki Bar in my backyard in Nokomis Florida West of the trail. I dried it in last year and put some inexpensive Tiki Palm from on it. This year I will put good Tiki stash roof and or bamboo. If somebody does custom carpentry and has the experience knowledge and material. Here is a idea anybody that has bamboo in their yard or neighbor's yard bigger in diameter the better long pieces run it through the ripsaw let it dry a little and then we install one bigger piece for the ridge cap. The dimensions of the Tiki roof 8 feet by 12 wide times two pretty cut-and-dry just under 200 square feet. It's a fun project have some experience reach out to me tell me your thoughts.
