Description

Individual needed part-time/contract basis, with the ability to perform, in the field, low-level troubleshooting, maintenance, installation and repair of automated submetering systems in multi-family industry. Applicant is required to have good transportation, ability to work independently, computer literacy, detail oriented and average Microsoft Office knowledge. Candidate must be able to communicate technical issues and complete reports in a timely fashion. Some walking required as individual will be working in apartment style or multi-family communities. Would be ideal work for students and retirees looking to make extra money or subsidize their income. Position affords and opportunity to work as much or as little as their schedule permits. Candidate will work as a sub-contractor and must be open to travel within an agreed area.
