General Laborer - Pressure Washer/Painter

The General Laborer will be responsible for ensuring Redwood neighborhoods are excellently maintained through pressure washing and interior painting turns as units are available. As such, you will be expected to act as a Redwood brand ambassador, promote our brand and provide the best resident experience possible. All Redwood employees are expected to conduct all organizational business and practices in accordance to Redwood company policies. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: · Operate company vehicles within safety guidelines. · Operate pressure washing and painting equipment · Clean and maintain equipment · Complete any compliance related documentation · Perform general maintenance tasks related to apartment turnover · All other related duties, as assigned. Required Skills: As a General Laborer, you will be required to exhibit the following skills · Respectfulness, trustworthiness, empathy · The ability to work under pressure · Excellent time management skills · Strong communication skills and general business acumen · The ability to communicate and interact with employees at all organizational levels · Proven ability to plan, organize and implement multiple tasks/projects on a concurrent, real-time basis Required Qualifications, Education & Certifications: · HS Diploma or GED required · General computer proficiency · Valid driver's license · Previous painting & pressure washing experience preferred Working Conditions: This job operates in a outdoor/indoor environment. In this role, the employee will routinely use standard paint and pressure washing equipment along with general maintenance tools. The employee is frequently required to sit, stand, bend and walk with the ability to lift 50 pounds where applicable. Travel to sites is required in company vehicle. Vehicle will be housed in Medina, OH. Potential for overnight travel and/or extended hours. Ability to perform manual labor tasks in all types of weather conditions. Ability to do medium work; Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly.
