Local roofing company is looking to fill all positions for its upcoming/current Roofing Season. Shinglers start with a base pay of $16-18/hr with a Foreman position for more experienced shinglers starting at $25/hr up to $35/hr based on experience and length of time in the field. Crew Leaders for shingling crews also start at $20/hr. Laborers can start at $12-16/hr with a ground foreman position for an experienced Laborer to start at $18/hr. All positions are eligible for 1st Raise after first month of employment plus an attendance bonus of $300-$500 for the first few weeks of work with no call offs. All positions are eligible for Bonuses Weekly For work performance/ attendance/ eagerness to learn or teach/ and professionalism. Covid Regulations to be followed/ safety harnesses provided on all jobs as well as Roof Tops or Ladder Vader provided for easy shingle and material delivery with less lifting for you.... Job compensates for drive time to job sites and Additional compensation for those with licenses that transport trucks and trailers or crew to jobs sites. Paid after first day and most wages determined based on performance after first day/week of work. All wages are negotiable. Paid Weekly/ Holiday bonuses/ paid time off/ this is a 1099 position.
