Help wanted - Start now!! I have a 5th wheel travel trailer with repairs needed due to water damage. The work is approximately 2/3 complete now. Repairs still needed are: * 2 small areas of ceiling ( the roof is soft above these areas) * Possibly some framing needed in the bedroom. I have attached a picture of one side of the bedroom closet that has already been completed. The other side may need the same thing * Replace the wall panels for the closet in the bedroom * Install one decorative wall panel in the bedroom, as well as one decorative wall panel on the ceiling of the slide out, with four holes cut for recessed lighting * Install eight recessed lights to existing wiring plus two dimmer switches * Remove kitchen cabinets and install shelves * Install trim and baseboards * I may have you prep and paint the interior, or I may do it myself * Install vinyl peel and stick flooring * Staple exterior corner seams back together This is the majority of what needs to be done. You will need to have your own tools such as: brad nailer, heavy duty staple gun, various saws, and other basic miscellaneous tools. Everything except paint and flooring should take approximately 2 days for one person. I pay $25/hr and require that you work a minimum of 6 hours, excluding lunch break. You're welcome to work more hours if you'd like. The work must be done neatly and correctly. I do not pay if something is done incorrectly and anything you break will be deducted from your pay, as well as materials that need to be replaced due to being installed or used incorrectly You must be reliable, and show up every morning at the agreed time. If the job is going to take more than 5 days, please work a minimum of 5 days in a row with no more than 2 days off in a row unless previous arrangements have been made The trailer is on a 4 acre horse property and there's always a ton of work that needs to be done in other areas.
