This class is about getting to know your serger. This class is all about getting to know your serger. We will work with you to make sure that you understand the different parts of the machine and what their purpose is. It is about learning the different stitches available and how to manipulate the tensions to get the look you want. We will be making samples of the three basic stitches: the overlock stitch, the rolled edge stitch and the flatlock stitch. By the end of the day you will incorporate what you have learned into a simple zippered bag with rosette. Instructor: Janice Langan Tickets are transferable but not Refundable. It is preferred that you bring your lunch though there is a sandwich shop across the street if you need to run out to purchase your lunch.
